Residents of HU1 at Essex House are enjoying the region’s fastest fibre broadband, thanks to Pure Broadband and Iguana Developments.

The flagship project for Pure Broadband has an exclusive fibre line plugged directly into each and every apartment and does not share bandwidth with other properties in the area. This keeps the contention ratio very low, making it capable of delivering 1Gbps to each of the forty-five top-spec apartments, future proofing the building against the inevitable improvements and enhancement of mobile devices, computers and smart TVs.
